At Lomira, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our furniture. This Refunds and Returns Policy details the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and bedding are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

1. Email support@lomira.shop with your order number and return reason.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Securely package the item with the RMA number included.
4. Ship the item to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

• Contact support@lomira.shop to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
• You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery to support@lomira.shop with photos.
• We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
